Why MLCrossFit?
Thank you for your interest in ML CrossFit. We offer group workouts six days a week. Personal training sessions can also be arranged. Your first workout is always free. We want you to experience the quality of coaching at MLCF before making your decision to join.
Everyone is required to take our new members fundamentals classes. These 4 classes will teach you the basic movements that are the core of our program. Classes may vary according to trainer availability and your schedule. The focus of these classes is to ensure proper form and execution of these 9 essential CrossFit excercises, which will lead to a much more positive, long term CrossFit experience.
