800 Meter Run

400 Meter Run with weighted ball (20/14)

Strength WOD:   Deadlift   85%  -   3 X 3

    Did this one at home. I rowed instead of the run. 1600 meters, 800, 400. Tough!! My last round of pushups were like 3 at a time…sometime 1 at a time!! ugh!

    So you didn’t carry a ball? Yea, gotta say, while tough, the whole “carry a frickin ball a 1/4 mile” thing makes a difference…as is in the WOD sucks a whole lot more!
