Three rounds of:

Wall Ball Shots (20/14) reps

Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75/45) reps

Box Jumps (20″) reps

Push Presses (75/45) reps

Row for calories

3 rounds of continous running clock of 5 minutes on and 1 minute rest.  Trainer will go over scoring and rules before class.  Show up on time for this wod.
